The TOCFL Computerized Adaptive Test (TOCFL CAT), funded by Taiwan’s Ministry of Education, is developed by the Steering Committee for the Test of Proficiency-Huayu (SC-TOP) to provide precise language assessment for Chinese learners worldwide.
