“Can do” Statements in CEFR and ALG Mandarin Class

The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment, abbreviated in English as CEFR or CEF or CEFRL, is a guideline used to describe achievements of learners of foreign languages across Europe and, increasingly, in other countries.

Can-Do Statements describe what learners can independently do at each sublevel and help pave the way to higher levels.

ALG Mandarin Online follow the “Can do” statements developed by ALTE (Association of Language Testers in Europe), a group of leading language testing organisations in Europe, to set up Mandarin/Chinese course. We focus on providing comprehensible inputs for beginners to ground learners’ linguistic foundation.
